Job Description
We Deliver the Goods:

- Perform replenishment buying
- Maintain and update information in replenishment system
- Manage inventory: turns, spoils, aged, and overstocks
- Identify inventory issues and offer solutions to resolve
- Work with customer on product set up, inventory, forecasting, promotions, and distributions
- Item and vendor setup and maintenance
- Manage open orders, follow up with vendors on open, late, shorted, or critical orders
- Achieve or exceed company standards for fill rate
- Maintain sound business relationships with vendors
- Work with other departments within the company as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Intermediate to advanced user level in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- 10 key and basic math skills required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a professional manner
- Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated, as well as work with a team across multiple departments
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and projects simultaneously and prioritize work with ever-changing deadlines
Minimum 2 years college or equivalent relevant recent wholesale/retail business experience
Preferred Qualifications
Warehouse management system experience preferred; AS400 or SAP experience a plus
